The BIBS pacifier has been a bestseller for more than 30 years.
The natural soft latex cherry shaped nipple and matte lightweight shield is designed to be the most similar shape to a mothers breast and is therefore recommended by midwifes to support natural breastfeeding.
The round light shield faces away from the babys face to ensure the supply of air to the sensitive skin around the mouth. The pacifiers are all made of highest quality and are completely free from BPA, PVC and phthalates.
Recommended to replace after 4-6 weeks of regular use.

Sizing recommendations above are an approx. age for each size, this should only be used as a guideline. The anatomy of small children is different, and some children prefer a larger or smaller nipple. We therefore advise you to try what fits your baby.

MATERIALS
The nipple is produced from natural rubber latex. The rubber is a natural material colour variations may occur. The shield is made of polypropylene (PP) a very light plastic material with a high strength and is extremely wear-resisting.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Always inspect the product carefully before each use. Discard it at the first sign of damage or weakness. Never attach ribbons or cords to a pacifier, your baby could be strangled by them. Do not store pacifier in direct sunlight.
How to sterilise the pacifiers:
- Put the pacifiers in a clean bowl
- Pour boiling water over them. Leave to sit for approx. 5 mins. Take them out and let them dry on a clean towel.
- Use towel to press excess water out of the nipple.
How often should you clean them?
- 0-3 months: Must be sterilised every time it has been on the floor and at least once a day.
- 3+ months: Sterilise pacifier once a day and rinse under cold tap if it has been on the floor.

All deliveries within New Zealand are sent using a signature required service. We always try to have your orders packed and sent within 48 hours of placing your order however sometimes this is not possible. Orders place on a Friday will be sent on a Monday. Please allow and extra 1-3 business days for rural addresses. When your order has been collected by our courier you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 7 - 14 days from order to receipt of the product, due to the size and nature of the customisation of our products. All shipping timeframes are estimates provided by our shipping partners. We will process and send your order as quickly as possible, once it has left us it is in the hands of the delivery companies, and whilst we can help you track the shipment, we have limited control over the delivery of your order.

We offer three options for shipping to Australia.
Option 1: FREE shipping for orders of $250AU.* Exclusions may apply
Option 2: The first option is via NZ/Australia Post. This is a tracked option at a rate of $20 excluding oversized items.
The standard delivery time is 7-10 business days HOWEVER this service is currently experiencing big delays due to COVID. This service may take upwards of 28 days in the current climate.
Option 3: DHL Express Courier $35 - (3-5 business days).
All Other Countries
Please select your Country at checkout and your rates will be calculated. We use DHL Express International Courier (7-10 business days).
Additional Information
Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for us to resend.
Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with New Zealand Post or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
When receiving a parcel that maybe torn open, badly crushed etc please be sure to NOTE this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage. Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.
