Sometimes with online shopping the sizing and style may not be 100% right every time. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order (e.g. it is the wrong size) it can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Please note we do not except returns or exchanges on sale items, swimwear or pacifiers. In order to return an item they must meet the requirements below:
  • Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Items must have all tags and packaging attached.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe boxes in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Please note, we cannot accept returns on swimwear
We will not issue refunds for items unless they are faulty. 
Little Bambinos offers free shipping (on applicable orders) with the tacit understanding that the customer will keep the goods purchased. Should you choose to return your full priced order for a credit, Little Bambinos will retain any original shipment costs incurred ($8, or $10 for rural postage). If you would like to exchange an item you will be charged a $8 shipping fee for the postage of the new item. Return shipping costs of the item to Little Bambinos are to be covered by the customer. 
If you don't want to exchange your item for something else, a store credit will be issued (shipping costs are excluded).

Please note Little Bambinos does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning them to us, hence why we recommend you use a traceable method. We will raise a store credit or organise an exchange for you once the garment has been returned and accepted by Little Bambinos.
Sale Items 
Other than circumstances covered by NZ Statute, sale items must not be returned or exchanged, these are for FINAL sale.


We thoroughly inspect all items prior to packaging these for you. However we realise we aren't perfect and on rare occasions a fault can be overlooked. If this is the case please email us at and explain the issue so we can determine if it was a fault/damage which existed prior to shipment or it happened during transit.
We will happily replace the item for you if we have it in stock or we can either issue you a store credit or full refund. We do require the item to be sent back to us so we can take photos of the fault and forward on to our supplier. A prepaid courier ticket will be emailed to you to cover the return shipping of the faulty product.


All our pricing is listed and charged in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We get asked this question often from our international customers. When you get directed to PayPal to complete your payment, you will be charged in NZD. If you are unsure how to work out how much your order will cost in your own currency, please email us at and we can give you an estimate.


We include complimentary wrapping on all orders. Our gift wrapping is simple and consists of tissue paper and a seal sticker. If you are purchasing a gift for someone, please leave a message in the comments section so we can make sure no pricing is included.
