We work with Courier Post, NZ Post, and DHL, and all of these carriers have made changes to the way they work to limit the contact they have between the driver and the receiver. If you don't think you will be home to accept the delivery  we recommend letting us know in the comments that no signature is required  along with where you would like  the parcel left.

For residential deliveries that are ‘signature required’:
1. Our couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as possible). 
2. They will ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof of delivery) and leave the parcel on the ground in front of the receiver. The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly. 
3. The tracking information will display a clearly typed recipient’s name as well as the signature image reading CV-19 (all entered by the courier). 
4. If no one comes to the door and there is no Authority to Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call and return the parcel to our depot.

We recommend you wash your hands thoroughly upon receipt of the packages. Through their journey, packages pass through a lot of hands and locations so it is best to play it safe.

Other measures like above will possibly continue to arise and affect the courier industry overall and so we appreciate your assistance and understanding during this time.

Please select your Country at checkout and your rates will be calculated. We have DHL Express International Courier $45 (5-7 business days). Tracked Airmail options can be provided if you email us.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for us to resend. 

Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with New Zealand Post or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
