CONNETIX Rainbow Ball Run Expansion Pack 66pc

The CONNETIX Rainbow Ball Run Expansion Pack is a 66-piece magnetic ball run add-on that takes existing CONNETIX Ball Run builds further with spirals, double bowls and X-shaped tubes. It suits children aged 3+ who are ready for bigger, more challenging magnetic tile ball runs. CONNETIX Rainbow packs are now known as Bright, and every piece works with both.

What's in the box

• 36 x Connecting squares
• 2 x Double bowls
• 6 x Right angle tubes (90 degree bend)
• 6 x U-shaped tubes (180 degree bend)
• 8 x Spiral tubes
• 2 x X tubes
• 6 x Wooden balls

Why kids love it

• Spiral tubes send balls whirling round and are great for eye tracking
• Double-entry bowls make it easy for two children to race and play together
• X tubes redirect and pivot the action for unexpected diversions
• Right angle and U-shaped tubes add twists, turns and changes of direction
• Six extra wooden balls mean more runs going at once

What it helps develop

Ball runs are hands-on physics. Children test how gravity, height and angles change a ball's speed and path, learn cause and effect as they adjust their designs, and build problem-solving and persistence when a run doesn't work first time. The double bowls also encourage collaboration and turn-taking.

FAQs

Do I need other packs to use this?
This is an expansion pack designed to build on a CONNETIX Ball Run set. For the biggest builds, pair it with the CONNETIX Ball Run, a Base Plate Pack and the 40-piece Ball Run Expansion Pack.

Does it work with the newer Bright packs?
Yes. CONNETIX Rainbow packs have been updated and renamed Bright, and they all connect together. Every CONNETIX pack also connects with every other CONNETIX pack, including Pastel.

Is it good for playing with siblings?
Yes. The two double-entry bowls let two children launch balls side by side, which makes racing and building together easy.
