Toshi Bell Hat Sammy has a charming bell shape offers a flattering fit. With a UPF 50+ rating, it delivers excellent sun protection. The adjustable head tie with a soft cotton toggle allows for a customized fit, and the chinstrap with a soft toggle keeps the hat securely in place.
